This policy explains how Integratie handles information when you use Atlante.
Information used to provide Atlante
Atlante uses your account email address and an internal user identifier to associate your account with your monitored companies. Google sign-in and session cookies support authentication. Your companies, imported business details, generated signals, preferences, and feedback are used to provide the service.
Optional Google Sheets access
Google Sheets import is optional. With your permission, Atlante requests read-only spreadsheet access. This permission can read your spreadsheets; the interface uses the spreadsheet URL and worksheet you choose. Spreadsheet contents and metadata needed to display worksheets and validate an import are processed temporarily in your browser.
The import feature keeps its Google access token only in browser memory. It does not save that token in local storage, cookies, the application database, or the signal-generation workflow, and does not obtain or save a refresh token. App sign-in uses a separate session cookie. Google may retain your authorization grant independently of Atlante.
When you generate signals, the selected worksheet is read again and submitted to Atlante's server and signal-generation workflow. Company details are stored and processed to research companies and generate signals. Clearing temporary Sheets access does not delete previously imported records or revoke your Google authorization grant.
You can revoke Google access through your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking the grant may also affect Google sign-in if it shares the same OAuth application.
Service providers and processing
AWS hosts the system and imported company data is stored on an AWS server in Canada. Company names and their URLs are sent to a US-based AI news aggregator to retrieve relevant articles.
All data is processed and stored in the AWS server in Canada.
Retention and deletion
Records remain on the server for as long as you're an authorized user of Atlante.

All data is currently used within the app.
